Eligibility and customer responsibilities
By making a booking, you confirm that you are legally entitled to enter into the agreement.
If you book for other travellers, you are responsible for giving accurate booking information and for passing on the relevant information about the service to them.
You must give accurate details, including your name, contact information, hotel or pickup location, number of participants and any other information needed to arrange the booking. Please check your booking confirmation and tell us promptly if anything is wrong.
Booking and confirmation
Sending the booking form is a request; the contract is concluded when, after checking availability, we confirm your booking by email or WhatsApp. Before sending the form, you are asked to confirm that you have read the Pre-Contractual Information Form. The confirmation message contains the service, date, number of people, total price, pickup details and cancellation terms; please check it and tell us immediately if anything is wrong.
Prices and included services
Prices, inclusions and conditions differ between tours, activities, private arrangements and transfers. The tour or service description and your booking confirmation state the price and what it includes.
Unless stated otherwise, additional expenses may include drinks, meals not included in the package, optional activities, photographs, videos, souvenirs, entrance fees and personal purchases. We aim to show clear and accurate prices before you confirm a booking, and to disclose any additional payments as clearly as reasonably possible during the booking process.
Payments
No online payment is taken through this website and you are not asked for your card details. Unless the booking confirmation states otherwise, payment is made on the day of the service in cash or by card, or by the method stated in the confirmation (e.g. bank transfer). Prices are set in euros (EUR); other currencies shown on the website are for approximate information only. For services that require a deposit, the deposit amount and the remaining balance are given to you in writing before the booking is finalised. Refunds are handled in accordance with the Cancellation, Changes and Refund Terms.
Cancellation and refunds
All tours and activities can be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time. This is a right the Company grants you by contract; for leisure services to be provided on a specific date, there is no statutory right of withdrawal under Art. 15(1)(g) of the Mesafeli Sözleşmeler Yönetmeliği (Distance Contracts Regulation). The rules for cancellations after the deadline, no-shows, transfers and private charters are on the Cancellation, Changes and Refund Terms page.
Tour cancellations, bad weather and unforeseen circumstances
Tours and activities may be cancelled or changed because of bad weather, safety concerns, operational problems, natural disasters, floods, fires or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Safety comes first: a tour does not go ahead where conditions make it unsafe or impossible to run.
If we or the operator cancel a tour for such reasons, you can choose another date, subject to availability, or a refund in accordance with the cancellation policy and the law. We tell you about such changes as soon as reasonably possible.
Private tours and transfers
Private tours and transfers are arranged to your requirements, subject to availability and operational limits. Their price depends on the destination, duration, number of passengers, vehicle, guide and other arrangements requested.
Pickup times, return times, itineraries and other arrangements are agreed before the booking is confirmed. Please check the conditions of your private tour or transfer, including its cancellation rules.
Pickup locations and meeting points
For most excursions, pickup is at the hotel’s main entrance or external security gate, not in the lobby or at reception. Some hotels, historic areas, pedestrian zones and places with restricted vehicle access need a nearby meeting point instead. The meeting point and pickup time are given with your booking.
You are responsible for being at the confirmed meeting point on time. If you cannot find it, contact us using the details given with your reservation.
The agency's role and the operator providing the service
Murat Atalay Turizm Ticaret Limited Şirketi is a travel agency registered with TÜRSAB (licence no. 11294). Some of the tours, activities and transfers are actually carried out by local operators that we select and that meet you on our behalf (boat, vehicle, rafting, diving, hamam or horse-riding businesses). The Company is your contracting party for the booking; if the operator changes, you will be informed. When a product of another travel agency is sold, this is stated on the product page.
Quad and buggy safari
This involves driving a motor vehicle. To take part as a driver, the age, driving licence and driving test conditions stated on the tour page apply; a participant who does not meet the conditions may take part as a passenger or is not allowed to drive. Vehicles may not be driven under the influence of alcohol or drugs. You must follow the guide's instructions on speed, route and safety; the participant is liable, within the framework of the applicable legislation, for damage to the vehicle caused by use contrary to the instructions. Wearing a helmet and the protective equipment provided is compulsory.
Tour duration and schedules
Tour durations and pickup times vary with the excursion, the hotel’s location, the route, weather, traffic and operational arrangements. Times and durations on the website are estimates unless expressly confirmed as fixed; your booking confirmation gives your pickup time and meeting point.
Reasonable operational adjustments may occasionally be needed. If a material change occurs, we tell you as soon as reasonably possible.
Customer conduct and safety
You must follow the safety instructions of guides, drivers, activity instructors and service providers, and comply with applicable law, safety rules and reasonable instructions during the service.
A service provider may restrict participation where a person does not meet essential safety requirements or where participation would create a significant safety risk. Any such decision and its consequences are handled in accordance with the booking conditions and the law.
By taking part, you confirm that your health suits the physical demands of the tour you chose; if you have a heart condition, high blood pressure, a spinal problem, asthma or are pregnant, please consult your doctor before taking part. You must follow the safety briefings of guides and instructors and use the mandatory protective equipment such as life jackets, helmets and seat belts. Taking part under the influence of alcohol or drugs is not allowed. Participants are responsible for damage resulting from breaking these rules or from their own fault; liability that cannot be limited by law remains unaffected.
Personal belongings
During the tour (especially water sports, safaris and boat trips) you are responsible for the loss of, or damage to, phones, cameras, wallets, jewellery and similar valuables you carry, including if they fall into the water, unless they were handed over to us for safekeeping. We recommend leaving valuables behind or using a waterproof case.
Insurance
According to the agency, tours are covered by insurance in line with the applicable regulations; policy details are available on request.
Third-party service providers
Some tours, activities, transport and other experiences are operated by independent providers. Where relevant, we tell you who provides the service or how it is arranged.
Each party’s responsibilities depend on the service arrangement, the applicable contract and the law. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes any responsibility that cannot legally be excluded.
Website information and availability
We make reasonable efforts to keep the information on our website accurate and up to date. Prices, availability, schedules, itineraries and service details may change because of operational circumstances or changes from the service provider.
If a material error or change affects your booking, we take reasonable steps to tell you and to resolve it in accordance with the booking terms and the law.
Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, the website’s original text, design, photographs, graphics and other content are protected by intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or commercially exploit protected content without permission, except where the law allows it.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions to reflect changes to our services, booking procedures or legal requirements. The latest version is published on this website with its revision date. Changes apply in accordance with the law and do not remove rights you have already acquired under an existing booking or under mandatory law.
Applicable law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Türkiye. Consumers may apply, within the monetary limits announced each year by the Ticaret Bakanlığı (Ministry of Trade), to the Tüketici Hakem Heyeti (Consumer Arbitration Committee) where they live or where they purchased the service, and for disputes above those limits to the Tüketici Mahkemesi (Consumer Court). For disputes with customers who are not consumers, the courts and enforcement offices of Antalya have jurisdiction. Nothing in these terms limits the mandatory consumer rights granted to you by the law of the country where you live.
