Under Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce and the Ticari İletişim ve Ticari Elektronik İletiler Hakkında Yönetmelik (Regulation on Commercial Communication and Commercial Electronic Messages), I consent to Murat Atalay Turizm Ticaret Limited Şirketi (Murat Atalay Travel Agency) sending me promotional and campaign commercial electronic messages about tours, activities, transfers, campaigns, discounts and new services through the channels I have ticked in the booking form (email, SMS, WhatsApp / phone).
If you do not give consent
Consent is not a condition of booking or of any service. Messages about the service you have bought, such as your booking confirmation, pickup time, programme changes and cancellation notices, are sent regardless of this consent.
Withdrawing your consent (right to refuse)
You can withdraw your consent at any time, free of charge and without giving any reason: by using the opt-out link or instruction in each message, by writing to muratatalay0721@gmail.com, by sending "STOP" on WhatsApp, or through the İleti Yönetim Sistemi (İYS, Message Management System) (iys.org.tr or e-Devlet). Your opt-out request is processed within 3 working days at the latest.
Records and İYS
Your consent is recorded together with the date and time it was given, the channel, the version of the consent text and the page where it was given, and, as required by law, it is registered in the İleti Yönetim Sistemi (İYS).
