Buggy safari from Kumköy, Evrenseki and Çolaklı: the transfer in brief
Kumköy, Evrenseki and Çolaklı are among nine places whose guests get the hotel run there and back at no extra cost. The shuttle takes you from your hotel to the base on a private off-road course located inland within the Manavgat district, and back again when the programme is over.
What changes from hotel to hotel is the time you are collected. It depends on where your hotel is, which pickup area it belongs to and the route the transfer runs that day, which is why we confirm it individually rather than printing one time for everyone.
From booking to pickup: how the confirmation works
Guests often ask what happens between pressing the booking button and stepping into the shuttle. The process is short, and none of it involves paying in advance.
- You book online for any date from tomorrow, or write to +90 536 603 75 84 on WhatsApp.
- You choose the departure, 08:00, 11:00 or 13:00, and say how many drivers and passengers you are.
- You give the name of your hotel and your area: Kumköy, Evrenseki or Çolaklı.
- Your confirmation names the collection time, which always falls before the departure you picked.
- On the day you wait at your hotel at that time, and the shuttle collects you.
Unclear whether your hotel counts?
Hotel addresses and booking platforms do not always use the same area name, and a hotel you think of as being in one place may be listed under another. You do not need to work this out yourself.
Drop the hotel's full name into a WhatsApp chat with us and you will learn whether it lies inside the included areas. If it turns out to be outside them, for example in Manavgat town centre, we will say so honestly before you commit rather than surprise you on the morning.
The same applies if you are staying in a private apartment or villa rather than a hotel: give us the exact address or the name of the complex, and we will check it in the same way.
Reading your confirmation
When your booking is confirmed, take thirty seconds to check it. The details that matter for the pickup are easy to spot, and catching a mistake early saves stress on the day.
- The date: is it the day you meant, not the day after?
- The departure: 08:00, 11:00 or 13:00 is the activity departure, not the time to be in the lobby.
- The pickup time: this is the one to plan your morning around.
- The hotel name: is it spelled so that the driver will recognise it?
- The number of drivers and passengers: does it match your party?
Lobby to lobby: what the day involves
Once you are collected, the day follows a fixed pattern. At the base there is registration, then an information briefing, a safety briefing and an explanation of the vehicle. Every driver completes a compulsory practice drive, after which the guide names who steers on the main loop. Then the group sets off behind the guide on the 18 km route: forest tracks, dirt roads, dust, small stream crossings and water-splash stops, with mud when conditions allow.
Once you are done, rinse off in the showers, change in a cabin and ride the shuttle home. From the moment you leave the lobby to the moment you walk back in, allow approximately 4–4.5 hours.
Fares and who can take part
Each person pays on the tour day: €30 as a driver, €15 as a passenger. There is no separate price for children; anyone aged 6 or over who is not driving rides as a passenger. Steering is for those aged 16 and up, confirmed by an ID at registration.
Licences never come up, as the ride takes place on an off-road course, not a public road. Because every passenger needs a driver beside them, a single booking can never hold more passengers than drivers; if your party is short of drivers, message us first.
Changes, late bookings and cancelling
If you decide on the spur of the moment and want to ride today, the online form will not take same-day bookings, so write to us on WhatsApp instead. For any other date, booking online takes a minute and needs no card.
Changed plans? Cancel at least 48 hours ahead of the start and you owe nothing. If you need to change something closer to the day, or your pickup details change because you move hotel, tell us as soon as you know.
